Who we are

Practical AI for a complex world

ai571 Labs is a UK technology company built on a clear premise: the most valuable applications of artificial intelligence are those that solve specific, real-world problems for real people. We design, develop and commercialise AI and IT products that deliver measurable value in care, health and specialist sectors.

Our team brings together decades of experience in software development, systems architecture, AI integration and technology commercialisation. We do not build technology for its own sake. Every product we develop is engineered around a defined human need, and many of our users are older, vulnerable, or in situations where failure carries real consequences. That responsibility shapes every design decision we make.

Demal 365

A warm, familiar AI companion for older people living at home, built for people living with dementia and for anyone growing older alone. Grace is present through the day: conversation, music from their era, stories, photographs and closed family video calling, all by voice, with no menus, apps or passwords. Personal to one individual, shaped by their family, and preparing for a national UK rollout with a major retail partner.

Health Check Plus

An applied research programme exploring how affordable consumer wearables and AI trend analysis could support earlier, more proactive healthcare at home. In development, with regulatory pathways under review; not yet a marketed product.

Cost-effective counter-drone technology using frequency-based intervention, designed for flexible deployment across defence and security environments. Further technical detail is available to qualified parties under NDA.

Our philosophy

Beyond the AI bubble

The commercial environment around artificial intelligence is loud. Valuations are inflated, promises are broad, and the gap between what is demonstrated and what actually works in the field is frequently glossed over. ai571 Labs takes a different position.

We use AI as an enabling tool, not a marketing narrative. Our products are designed to function reliably in the hands of real users, many of whom are older, vulnerable, or operating in environments where failure carries serious consequences. That responsibility is what sets our work apart.
